why you’re here —

you're here because

Sweet kitchen breakfast room with white paint and black and white checkered floors with an original builtin corner display cabinet

luckily, we don’t demo for drama

You fell in love with the story, not the stress

We restore with precision, working from the inside out — structure before surface, story before style trends.

You bought a house with history—and now you’re wondering how to live in it without erasing what made it special. Maybe it’s been flipped within an inch of its life. Maybe it’s original, but overwhelming. Maybe you’re caught in the exhausting in-between: too many choices, too much pressure to get it right.

You might be stuck in decision quicksand. Paralyzed by paint chips. Haunted by the fear of making the wrong call on something permanent. You want a home that feels intentional, but not museum-stuffy. Beautiful, but honest. Layered, but never fake.

You don’t need someone to gut it. You need someone to listen to it. And to you.

That’s where we come in.

This is where overwhelm meets expertise. We help you move forward with clarity and care.

Whether you need a color whisperer, a renovation co-conspirator, or just someone to lovingly talk you out of bad tile—we’re here to help you make good, grounded, soulful decisions for your space.

We can help you see what’s worth saving—and what’s quietly asking for change.

We’re all trying to become our best selves. Let’s figure out what this house is trying to become— and how to help it get there.

Location, location, location

I was lucky enough to get a lease on a rent-stabilized apartment in Chelsea several years back. The location was excellent, but the apartment needed a lot of work to feel like home and not like a sad shoebox. It was Ryann to the rescue! She didn't have an easy task. I had a super eclectic mix of furniture and colors, but somehow, she made it all click. People were shocked at the transformation of the space—the use of paint, fabric, and patterns, and just how chic it all was. She did it well within my budget, and it's safe to say that I will never use anyone else again.

Your house has secrets, your budget shouldn’t.

Nothing spammy. Just the truth your house deserves.

Real costs.
Smart choices.
No sugarcoating.

Part of why I love my work now is that there are so many ways to be right. In the world of arts and entertainment, I spent years surrounded by people in suits looking for reasons to say no. But my clients don’t see my work as something to get through as fast as possible—they’re excited to see me. There’s so much to love and so many things to say yes to.
