I spent the last four months burning the midnight oil for so we could arrive at this day. The SBA paperwork, the convincing, the many rooms painted and colors chosen, the hunt for fb marketplace antiques all over the city.
I wanted to make a SOHO House for craft lovers. For old house enthusiasts. For people who want to put down their phone and do something physically creative. Tactile. Real.
The club is real. And it has a home.
Everything you’ve all said you’ve been looking for — the craftspeople, the knowledge, the materials, the community — in one historic Craftsman in the heart of Los Angeles. A place to turn the anxiety and indecision of owning an old house into something that actually feels like fun.

In addition to workshops, they have co-working access to a 3200 square foot analog clubhouse for old house lovers, designers, craftspeople, and anyone who has quietly been losing their mind in the digital wilderness and would like somewhere to go instead.
A third space — not an office, not a bar, not a traditional co-working situation — more like a fairy library got married to an 18th-century guild apprenticeship. But with AC! And new friends. And lots of parking.

West Adams has quietly become one of the most interesting neighborhoods in Los Angeles, and we've partnered with some of our favorite people in it. Members of The Antiquarian Club will have access to a perks program with N/Soto, Palm Grove Social Club, Re/Creation Cafe, Common Ground Pilates, and FP Art Advisory — the kind of neighborhood that makes you want to stay all day, which is exactly the point.
Membership is subscription-based, quarterly or annual, and priced so that anyone serious about their historic home — or their sanity — can afford it.
Individual: $450 quarterly founding rate, or $1,500/year
Household: $600 quarterly or $2,100/year
Trade/Craftsperson: starting at the individual founders rates with add ons for quarterly/yearly leases for bench space, storage etc. (varies based on needs)
Founding Member pricing locks in for life. When we open to the public, individual membership goes to $525 quarterly. This rate doesn't come back.
